Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items on sale are "Final Sale" and they are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Conditions:
    ⁠All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or must be referenced back to the original transaction.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days after receiving the merchandise.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • To process your return correctly, contact us by email to receive your Return Authorization Number. You can purchase the return label here.
  • Do not send packages C.O.D. – we do not accept returns shipped with C.O.D.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging the same item for a different size or color, no additional shipping fees will apply.
If you want to exchange for a different item, shipping charges will apply.
